In case of return or exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, it must be in the original packaging.
After receiving the goods, if you do not claim the same within the legal period of 14 days, unfortunately we cannot proceed with the refund. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially published. Then, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is released. Pintta accepts the return of the product in the original conditions as previously mentioned, within the legal period (14 days). The refund will be made after checking the condition of the product, and the customer will assume the costs resulting from the return shipping charges charged by the carrier of his choice.
