At Pintta, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot accept items that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use — unless the issue was caused by us.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Costs

Refunds
