In-stock items will be dispatched on the next business day after order confirmation. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service.

Normal paid shipping only, regardless of order value. Portugal and Spain: €10 for the first pair (2 kg), plus €5 per additional pair; estimated transport: 2–3 business days after dispatch. Other EU countries: €35 for the first pair, plus €15 per additional pair; estimated transport: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom: €40 for the first pair, plus €20 per additional pair; estimated transport: 2–4 business days after dispatch. For Goodyear/Made-to-Order, transport is additional to the estimated production time of 2–3 months, excluding August.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

For online purchases, you may request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days after receiving your order. This commercial period does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

Trying on your shoes

You may try on the shoes indoors to check their fit and characteristics, as you would in a shop. Avoid outdoor wear and return them carefully packed, preferably in their original packaging. Handling beyond what is necessary to examine the shoes may result in a deduction for diminished value, as permitted by law. Original packaging does not override statutory rights.

Consult our size guide before requesting an exchange. Contact us with your foot length in centimetres or inches if you need help choosing the appropriate size.

Exchanges

The customer pays return transport and Pintta pays for shipping the replacement pair. Exchanges depend on availability. If the requested size or an acceptable alternative is unavailable, a refund applies, preserving statutory rights.

Return transport

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays direct return transport costs. You may arrange your own carrier. Alternatively, Pintta can arrange return transport with your prior acceptance, charging the same shipping amount you paid for the initial delivery. We confirm the charge before arranging the service. This option is voluntary.

Send the items within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your return or exchange. This dispatch period is separate from the 15-day request period. Keep proof of dispatch.

Refunds

Refunds are made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline, normally 14 days after notification of withdrawal, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without fees. Unless we offer to collect the goods ourselves, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

For withdrawal from the entire order, the refund includes the initial standard delivery charge. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option are not refundable. For partial returns, delivery-cost reimbursement follows applicable legal rules. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

Goodyear / Made-to-Order

Choosing a normal catalogue size, model or other standard option does not constitute personalisation. Goodyear/Made-to-Order shoes are not excluded from returns simply because production starts after ordering. Any exception for genuinely individual specifications or clearly personalised goods must meet legal requirements and be explained before purchase. Rights concerning defects, non-conformity or incorrect items remain unaffected.

Defective or incorrect items

Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Customers will not bear costs that legally fall on Pintta. The 15-day commercial period does not limit these statutory rights.
